7. Jan 20, 2010. #1. i'm having a ek4 with b16a engine. Current mod is only full mugen exhaust system, top fuel air intake and koyo radiator. I wanted to put on a type-r camshaft, just wondering b16b/b18c type r is more suitable and work better. and I'm on budget of 1.5K. Any suggestion on what i can mod on to giv me the best result.
Nothing bigger than 15" IMO. Shouldn't need to go any wider than. 7.5-8" I personally like 5-Spoke styles. - FN01R's - Rega's But there are some 6-Spokes that look really nice.
It's a Civic, not a Ferrari It was built to be driven daily! Honda engines are bulletproof so people don't worry so much about mileage, the rear arches can get rust but a bit of underseal will stop that so it can be used in the rain/snow. Type of nut that wheels may need: Concerns: Some Jap-style rims use the smaller bolt holes of their 5-stud pattern to fit the studs on an EK9. This requires the use of 'tuner' style nuts which are still a 12 X 1.5 size but are thinner, using internal drive and a socket adapter.

Well as so many people seem to get confused as to what the differences are between a UKDM and a JDM catalytic converter actually are i though what better answer that to post up a picture comparison! (UKDM on the left and JDM on the right!) UKDM CAT: Flange to flange - 16 1/2 inches. Collector diameter - 2 inches.
champ white. starlight black. vouge silver. sunlight yellow. phoenix yellow is the paint name for the usdm integra type r ,and vouge silver WAS an ek9 colour Bucc-i my friend. sunlight yellow (Y56) is the same colour as phoenix yellow but sunlight yellow was the offical honda colour name for the yellow ek9.
